Brooks Running has surpassed $1 billion in annual revenue and plans to increase its footprint in Fremont. COO and President Dan Sheridan spoke of the company's growth, highlighting a focus on technology and running shoes particularly. He also mentioned his favorite places to run around town, such as the Burke-Gilman Trail and Green Lake.

Green Lake Branch Closing for Major Renovation Works, Longer Hours Opening in Other SPS Branches

The Seattle Public Library (SPS) is expanding its open hours with the majority of branches open seven days a week, while the Green Lake Branch is closed for renovation until early 2024. This is due to a seven-year, $219.1 million 2019 Library Levy that supplements city funding for services such as collections, technology services, and building maintenance.
